- Athletes have completed at least 3-4 Olympic distance Triathlons

This program caters for the athlete who has completed at least 1-2 Half Ironman Triathlons and 3-4 Olympic Distance Triathlons in the past and is looking to improve performance but get even more experience and strength in this distance.
